Welcome participants, assist with check-in, verify registrations, answer questions, and help ensure a smooth start to the event.

Organize and distribute participant T-shirts, confirm sizes, and assist with any registration-related merchandise needs.

Keep walkers hydrated by setting up, replenishing, and distributing water and to participants along the course.

Direct participants along the route, ensure walkers stay on course, and help maintain a safe walking environment.

Welcome guests, sponsors, and volunteers with warmth and assist with refreshments, information, and general event support.

Supervise youth along the trail while participating in the Kids Mile Walk. The primary task is to keep them on course and help to ensure their safety during the walk.

Help prepare the event site by setting up tables, tents, signs, sound, and equipment before the event and assist with cleanup afterward.

Provide basic first aid, respond to minor medical needs, and coordinate emergency assistance if necessary.

Posting on social media. Sharing flyers, videos, etc. Capture photos and videos, share live event updates, and highlight sponsors, participants, and memorable moments throughout the walkathon.

Greet participants, sponsors, volunteers, and guests with warmth and kindness. Praying for individuals and families before, during, and after the walk. Pray throughout the event for Participant safety, victims and survivors of domestic and family violence, event volunteers and leadership.
